The one-sided indemnity survives untouched. Catching those is the whole job, and it takes a contracts professional like you.
As a Contract Manager you'll evaluate AI drafting and review, hunt for the ambiguities and internal conflicts a machine glosses over, and rewrite the language so the agreement says exactly what it means.
What you’ll actually do
- Draft prompts that test how models draft, review, and redline contracts across common commercial terms.
- Review AI output for inconsistent defined terms, broken cross-references, unbalanced clauses, and obligations with no trigger, and rate the reasoning.
- Write the better clause when the model falls short, precise enough to survive a dispute.
